In the past few months, we have had an escalating number of customers enter the wrong address at checkout. With the holiday season coming up, we want to remind you to PLEASE BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK!

So far, we have ended up taking a net LOSS on every order we've attempted to fix when the customer entered an incorrect address, so unfortunately, we must draw the line:
We cannot fix an incorrect address.
We ship nationwide, and when your order is placed, various costs are calculated specifically based upon the address you enter: materials, production site, production cost, shipping & handling costs, and more. So, the address you enter at checkout is more than just shipping - it affects the entirety of your order.
You can cancel your order within one (1) hour of placing it via the confirmation email you will receive when you check out, and you can place a new order. (EMAILING US DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR ORDER IS CANCELLED.) Otherwise, the address cannot be changed. Enter it carefully, and double check!
