This is the subscripton for the Grand Champion Logo Store.

What is this?
- Your Stable, Business, or Association is a part of our Logo Store Program.
- The Champion Tier package costs $200 per year.
- This is the annual subscription cost.

What do I get?
- 1 full year of Logo Store service. We do everything.

Rewards: 5% off all orders.
- 1 calendar year of Logo Store service.
- Your unique domain name hosted by us.
- Your unique web page hosted by us.
- All updates, coding, design, repairs, costs, and functionality requirements for your web page.
- Between 30 and 45 products, customized with your logo, hosted and supplied by us.
- Products may change; we will remove discontinued products and add new products.
- We fully operate your store, including but not limited to maintaining product stock, taking orders, processing payment, creation of each product, shipping, handling, customer service, and replacements/refunds if necessary.
- The ability for yourself and your clients to shop, purchase, checkout, and receive products from your custom store.
- Customer service for your store.
- Customer service for all orders.
- Insurance for shipping and orders that require replacements.

What are the payment terms?
- $200 payment per calendar year (365 days).
- Payment will be charged annually (once per year) to the payment method you choose.
- If payment is declined, we will attempt payment 3 times.
- If payment fails 3 times, your subscription will be terminated, and you will receive a notification.
- Annual subscription cost is nonrefundable.
- You can email us at saddlethreads@gmail.com to cancel your subscription any time, for any reason.
- If you request cancellation, you will not receive a refund or reimbursement for time remaining in the year.
- Saddlethreads reserves the right to cancel your store at any time, for any reason.
- If we choose to cancel your store, we will send you a reimbursement prorated for the unused time in your year.
- For example, if we cancel your $200 annual subscription 6 months into the year, we will reimburse you $100.

Once you check out, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracker that allows you to follow your order in real time from order placement, production, transfer to shipping carrier, shipping, and delivery!

Once the products are released to the shipping carrier, Saddlethreads cannot control or guarantee shipping time. However, we always work with shipping carriers to provide us with the most accurate shipping calculators possible, and our orders have approximately a 98% on-time delivery success rate.
For example, if you order a sweatshirt and it arrives with the incorrect design printed on it, we will provide you with a replacement product free of charge. But, if you order a sweatshirt without checking the size chart, and the sweatshirt was correctly made and printed, but it does not fit you, we cannot authorize a refund or replacement product.
