If your product meets specifications and is correctly printed when it reaches you, we cannot authorize a refund or replacement product. Additionally, we will not authorize a refund if your product does not arrive within the shipping deadline. Once the products are released to the shipping carrier, Saddlethreads cannot control or guarantee shipping time. For example, if you order a sweatshirt and it arrives with the incorrect design printed on it, we will provide you with a replacement product free of charge.
