- The winning bidder may take the ride, or choose a rider.
- The rider must be 18 years or older.
- Bidders must log in to their Saddlethreads account to bid.
- If a bidder does not yet have a Saddlethreads account, the bidder must create one.
- All bidding will take place in this online auction.
- Bidders do not have to be present at the High Caliber Hot Shots Charity Show.
- The ride will take place at Northern Kiss Farm.
- The ride will be scheduled with Burt Honaker & Miriam Hirshon.
- The intent of this auction is to offer a racking and trotting experience for a rider of high experience and skill level.
- However, a walk-only ride may be offered at Burt Honaker's sole and subjective discretion of the rider's ability.
- Funds paid by the winner of this auction are non-refundable.
- Funds must be paid in full within seven (7) days of winning the auction.
- The ride must be scheduled within 6 months from the date of payment, or the rider forfeits the experience and the funds paid toward it.
WAIVER OF RIGHT TO SUE
