If your product meets specifications and is correctly printed when it reaches you, we cannot authorize a refund or replacement product. Once the products are released to the shipping carrier, Saddlethreads cannot control or guarantee shipping time. For example, if you order a sweatshirt and it arrives with the incorrect design printed on it, we will provide you with a replacement product free of charge.
