If your product meets specifications and is correctly printed when it reaches you, we cannot authorize a refund or replacement product. Once the products are released to the shipping carrier, Saddlethreads cannot control or guarantee shipping time. However, we always work with shipping carriers to provide us with the most accurate shipping calculators possible, and our orders have approximately a 98% on-time delivery success rate.
For example, if you order a sweatshirt and it arrives with the incorrect design printed on it, we will provide you with a replacement product free of charge.
